Pickle Pops

Chef Lucas Miller of Ball State University makes these Pickle Pops to help the serious pickle lovers keep cool.

You Will Need:

  • 20 fluid ounces dill pickle juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • Popsicle sticks


  1. Heat the pickle juice and sugar until the sugar has completely dissolved
  2. Add the juice into popsicle molds or in ice cube trays. Add popsicle sticks
  3. Freeze and enjoy!
